These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NexgenixLabs LLC's website (nexgenixlabs.com) and products, including AuditGraph (auditgraph.ai). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using our products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization, and agree to comply with all applicable laws.

2. Use of Services

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our services to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other customers' data
• Use our services to harm, threaten, or harass others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our products
• Resell or sublicense our products without written authorization

3. AuditGraph — Product Terms

AuditGraph requires read-only access to your Azure tenant via Microsoft Graph and Azure Resource Manager APIs. By connecting your tenant, you represent that you have authorization to grant this access. We operate with a principle of minimal privilege — we request only the permissions necessary to provide the service.

Your tenant data is processed solely to provide the AuditGraph service. We maintain strict tenant isolation — your data is never accessible to or commingled with other customers' data.

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing info@nexgenixlabs.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our website and products — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and code — are owned by NexgenixLabs LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without explicit written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of our services is at your sole risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexgenixLabs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services immediately ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
