Team

Small team. Fifty years of scar tissue.

Deliberately small and deliberately senior. No junior bench, no offshore delivery layer, and nobody between you and the people who write the code — two practitioners, twenty-five years each, in the parts of the industry where an access decision has consequences somebody has to answer for.

Founder

Cloud security architecture · Identity & access · Cloud governance · Platform engineering

Twenty-five years of building and operating enterprise infrastructure, the last decade in cloud architecture and identity. The work has spanned regulated healthcare estates, financial services environments and enterprise SaaS platforms — the places where an access decision has consequences someone has to answer for.

That history is the reason AuditGraph exists. After enough migrations, audits and post-mortems that traced back to a service principal nobody could account for, the gap stopped looking like a tooling preference and started looking like a product.

Security Advisor

Security architecture · Governance · Assurance

Twenty-five years in the security profession, across security architecture, governance and assurance for large regulated organizations. The kind of practitioner who has sat on both sides of an audit — designing the controls and then defending them to someone whose job is to find the gap.

That perspective shapes how our products handle evidence: every number decomposes to something checkable, and "unknown" is a first-class answer rather than a blank cell.

How we work

Senior people, on your actual problem.

The consulting model most organizations have experienced is that senior people sell the work and junior people do it. We are too small for that to be possible, which turns out to be the feature. It also constrains us honestly: if an engagement needs a bench we do not have, we will tell you.

You talk to the builders

No account manager relaying questions to an engineer and the answer back. The person answering has read the code.

We scope honestly

Including when the honest answer is that your problem is not one we should take. That conversation is free and quick.

Products carry the same discipline

The insistence that every number be checkable comes from having had to defend numbers to auditors — repeatedly.

Working with us

We are not hiring a team. We are looking for the right one or two.

If you have spent years inside cloud identity, security engineering or platform work — and you have opinions about why the existing tools do not answer the question that matters — there is a conversation worth having.
